Responsibilities
Installs, troubleshoots, and provides technical maintenance for hardware and software products and components, primarily at customer locations.
Performs scheduled inspections, cleanings, and other services, and carries out minor product repairs within an assigned territory.
Inspects products to ensure proper operation and resolves identified issues and/or escalates them according to established procedures.
Schedules service calls, completes all required documentation, and works with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.
Requirements
Degree or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in on-site services.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and driving record that meet Diebold Nixdorf fleet requirements.
Must be fluent in French.
Must be able to travel to the United States for training.
