About the role
- Implementation Manager helping GLAM institutions share and preserve digital collections on our cloud-based platform. Role involves configuring, deploying, and overseeing client implementations while managing technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Support GLAM institutions in sharing and preserving their digital collections
- Configure and deploy Aurora repository instances
- Manage client implementations end-to-end
- Serve as the technical point of contact throughout each project
- Oversee contracted services projects like custom feature development
- Contribute to client success efforts by providing backup for Support team
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver additional implementation phases as needed
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring SaaS, CMS, or similar platforms
- Experience with Drupal CMS or similar is highly desired
- Knowledge of or background in library, museum, cultural heritage, or archives digital collections development practice
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations or projects
- Experience working in technical environments alongside engineers or developers
- Outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability and eagerness to learn new technical skills
