Business Change Manager leading change initiatives, system implementations, and process improvements for DSV’s global transport and logistics operations. Coordinating requirements, testing, training, and adoption across teams.
Responsibilities
Manage assigned change projects and workstreams from planning through implementation and adoption
Develop and execute change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, communication, training, adoption, and resistance management
Partner with Operations, IT, Engineering, Finance, and other cross-functional teams on implementations, system enhancements, and process improvements
Conduct change-impact and readiness assessments
Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements
Map and evaluate current-state processes and support future-state workflows and solutions
Liaise between business and technical teams to align requirements, system impacts, and business needs
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, including planning, business-user participation, issue resolution, and validation
Maintain requirements, process maps, testing documentation, project plans, training materials, and related deliverables
Coordinate implementation readiness, communications, and training
Monitor milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and change adoption; communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership
Assess impacts of changes to project scope, timing, or requirements
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and cross-functional discussions
Prioritize multiple projects and competing business needs while maintaining timelines and deliverables
Identify and recommend process improvement, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement opportunities
Support ISO 9001 and quality, health, safety, and environmental objectives
Perform other duties, projects, and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management, business analysis, project management, logistics operations, process improvement, consulting, or a related field
Experience supporting or independently managing cross-functional projects, system implementations, or business process changes
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and developing current- and future-state process maps
Experience within transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, or supply chain environments preferred
PMP certification or equivalent project management training preferred
Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, adoption, and resistance management
Strong business analysis and process-mapping skills
Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to independently manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and communicate effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions without direct authority
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS), logistics and freight brokerage processes, and system integrations such as EDI and API preferred
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence preferred
English is the principal language for this position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Teams, and OneNote
Ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment
Some travel may be required
Ability to work regular hours and beyond regular hours when required by business needs
