About the role

Responsibilities
- Plan the mechanical and electrical components of a construction project
- Chair project M&E meetings to determine job status
- Monitor material and labour costs for M&E components
- Manage project commissioning team for systems performance
- Prepare and implement training programs for transition to facility management
Requirements
- Engineering/Mechanical degree or equivalent combination of technical training and industry memberships
- 7 - 15 years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical functions
- Experienced in end-to-end project management: scope development, spec development, tendering review and evaluation, managing contractor installation, quality review, project closeout, etc.
