Requirements
- Excellent reading, writing and communication skills (English & Spanish fluency/literacy required)
- Strong typing skills with the ability to quickly transcribe verbal responses (English & Spanish fluency/literacy required)
- Ability to persuade others and give verbal direction
- Proficient with using computers, email, and Google Chrome/Apps
- Able to handle technical issues and troubleshooting quickly and independently
- Adapt quickly to new policies and procedures
- Enjoy working independently, are self-motivated and excel at repetitive tasks
