About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test and update automation solutions using UiPath and ServiceNow CSM or ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric
  • Build workflows and integrations with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub and Workflow Data Fabric
  • Implement secure, scalable integrations using APIs, events and Azure services
  • Develop multi-system-compatible solutions in accordance with company architecture and security standards
  • Integrate AI into digital platforms
  • Provide end-to-end user stories and tasks
  • Participate in design reviews and implement approved technical designs
  • Follow coding, documentation and testing standards
  • Contribute to automated testing, regression testing and defect resolution
  • Support deployments using Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and Git
  • Monitor automation execution, logs and performance metrics
  • Maintain and update reusable libraries and components
  • Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
  • Support platform upgrades, patches and changes
  • Update technical documentation and production support artifacts
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into operational solutions
  • Mentor less-experienced developers and contribute to communities of practice
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience designing, developing, testing and supporting automation and workflow solutions
  • Strong hands-on experience with UiPath and ServiceNow CSM
  • Experience designing workflows with Flow Designer, Integration Hub or similar tools
  • Practical knowledge of Azure services for integration and automation
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and Git
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work within complex systems
  • Experience in large or regulated organizations
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada; preference given to Canadian citizens or permanent residents
  • Meets government security clearance requirements
