About the role

  • EY learning services specialist leading end-to-end programs, stakeholder delivery, and learning operations. Improving curricula through data, adult-learning practices, AI tools, and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the planning, deployment, delivery, and ongoing management of learning programs and curricula aligned to business priorities
  • Own outcomes across workstreams, timelines, and contributors while identifying risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
  • Build relationships with business stakeholders and external vendors to support effective delivery and implementation
  • Lead meetings and working sessions and communicate updates to support alignment and decision-making
  • Support learning operations, including administration, coordination, compliance, reporting, and learner experience activities
  • Use data and insights to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Design and deploy learning solutions using adult learning principles and best practices
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, scalable ways of working, consistency, and strong team delivery
  • Work effectively across time zones and distributed teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and clarity on ownership and next steps

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development program management including end-to-end delivery of virtual and in-person programs
  • Strong program and project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving ability
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-starting mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in learning systems and digital collaboration tools, preferably SuccessFactors, Miro, and Microsoft 365
  • Ability to leverage AI-powered tools and technologies
  • Demonstrated proficiency using AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
  • Experience coordinating and delivering virtual and in-person learning programs
  • Experience with learning management systems, preferably SuccessFactors
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, and other digital collaboration tools
  • Ability to analyze learning data and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Experience working with external vendors and subject matter experts, and managing program logistics
  • Knowledge of continuing education requirements, compliance processes, or regulated learning environments is an asset
  • Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset
