About the role
- EY learning services specialist leading end-to-end programs, stakeholder delivery, and learning operations. Improving curricula through data, adult-learning practices, AI tools, and scalable processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the planning, deployment, delivery, and ongoing management of learning programs and curricula aligned to business priorities
- Own outcomes across workstreams, timelines, and contributors while identifying risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
- Build relationships with business stakeholders and external vendors to support effective delivery and implementation
- Lead meetings and working sessions and communicate updates to support alignment and decision-making
- Support learning operations, including administration, coordination, compliance, reporting, and learner experience activities
- Use data and insights to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Design and deploy learning solutions using adult learning principles and best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement, scalable ways of working, consistency, and strong team delivery
- Work effectively across time zones and distributed teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and clarity on ownership and next steps
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development program management including end-to-end delivery of virtual and in-person programs
- Strong program and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Sound judgment and problem-solving ability
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, self-starting mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in learning systems and digital collaboration tools, preferably SuccessFactors, Miro, and Microsoft 365
- Ability to leverage AI-powered tools and technologies
- Demonstrated proficiency using AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
- Experience coordinating and delivering virtual and in-person learning programs
- Experience with learning management systems, preferably SuccessFactors
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, and other digital collaboration tools
- Ability to analyze learning data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Experience working with external vendors and subject matter experts, and managing program logistics
- Knowledge of continuing education requirements, compliance processes, or regulated learning environments is an asset
- Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset
