Responsibilities
Lead and support the planning, deployment, delivery, and ongoing management of learning programs and curricula aligned to business priorities
Own outcomes across workstreams, timelines, and contributors while identifying risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
Build relationships with business stakeholders and external vendors to support effective delivery and implementation
Lead meetings and working sessions and communicate updates to support alignment and decision-making
Support learning operations, including administration, coordination, compliance, reporting, and learner experience activities
Use data and insights to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements
Design and deploy learning solutions using adult learning principles and best practices
Contribute to continuous improvement, scalable ways of working, consistency, and strong team delivery
Work effectively across time zones and distributed teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and clarity on ownership and next steps
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Learning & Development program management including end-to-end delivery of virtual and in-person programs
Strong program and project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Sound judgment and problem-solving ability
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proactive, self-starting mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in learning systems and digital collaboration tools, preferably SuccessFactors, Miro, and Microsoft 365
Ability to leverage AI-powered tools and technologies
Demonstrated proficiency using AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
Experience coordinating and delivering virtual and in-person learning programs
Experience with learning management systems, preferably SuccessFactors
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, and PowerPoint
Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, and other digital collaboration tools
Ability to analyze learning data and translate insights into actionable improvements
Experience working with external vendors and subject matter experts, and managing program logistics
Knowledge of continuing education requirements, compliance processes, or regulated learning environments is an asset
Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset
