  • Project Manager for Generative Workflows supporting ML-driven tools transforming visual effects creation. Collaborating with teams to ensure efficient project delivery and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage GenAI workflow projects from proven prototype to production-ready deployment in our VFX and Visual Pioneering pipelines—ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely delivery
  • Translate creative, research, and engineering goals into structured plans with defined scope, milestones, and measurable outcomes
  • Define production-readiness criteria and manage pilot, cutover, and rollback planning to ensure stable adoption
  • Align with Security, Legal, Tech Support, and Engineering teams on deployment compliance in our production environment
  • Track and communicate project progress, surfacing risks early and framing trade-offs and recommendations clearly for leadership
  • Collaborate in ensuring documentation, L&D training materials, and support models are in place before broad rollout
  • Measure and report adoption, efficiency gains, and creative impact, using metrics to guide continuous improvement and prioritization
  • Maintain a strong understanding of VFX and Studio production workflows and how tools perform across Eyeline, Netflix, and cloud environments
  • Promote simplicity, scalability, efficiency, and usability in how GenAI solutions are designed, delivered, and supported

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years in VFX, Animation, Games, or technology companies developing emerging solutions that support digital content creation
  • Deep curiosity for emerging technologies across VFX, Virtual Production, and Generative AI, and how they apply to creative workflows
  • At least 3 years of experience managing cross-disciplinary or productization projects—leading rollouts, ensuring reliability and documentation, and driving adoption by turning validated prototypes into scalable, supported production tools
  • Skilled in stakeholder management—able to translate between technical and creative priorities
  • Strong understanding of GenAI solution deployment lifecycles, including data readiness, integration, testing, and monitoring in production environments
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge engineering, production, and creative teams to operationalize technology effectively and ensure measurable production impact
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Prioritizes people and collaboration over process—uses structure to enable, not constrain
  • Able to work independently, remain calm in ambiguity, and bring structure to fast-moving, high-visibility initiatives
