Responsibilities
Efficiently multitask and prioritize between multiple client procedures and service level agreements while processing mortgage loan document packages
Elevate any data and document discrepancies to our clients and management team for resolution in order to avoid transactional delays
Monitor multiple mailboxes and workflows as well as handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as mail and scanning of documents
Support the team by providing quick and precise responses based on client requirements and FCT standards
Seek opportunities to improve customer experience by taking ownership of every file by recognizing trends and identifying areas requiring process improvements
Requirements
Strong Customer Service skills with Minimum 6 months customer service-related experience
Knowledge of various computer systems including Excel, Outlook, word and the ability to learn internal systems
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Thorough, accurate and focused in a high paced environment producing high quality work
Ability to exercise good judgment in protecting confidential information
