About the role

Senior Salesforce Architect leading design and governance of revenue operations ecosystem. Collaborating globally with Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams at Nitro.

Responsibilities

Own the design, strategy, and governance of the quote-to-cash and revenue operations ecosystem
Define and document the end-to-end architecture spanning Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ), Chargebee, and NetSuite
Lead solution design for Salesforce CPQ — including product catalogue, pricing rules, quote templates, approval workflows, and contract lifecycle
Architect and oversee the bi-directional integration between Salesforce/Chargebee and NetSuite
Own API strategy and middleware architecture connecting Salesforce, Chargebee, and NetSuite
Define and enforce development standards, code review practices, and release management across all Salesforce workstreams
Serve as the senior-most Salesforce authority in the organisation
Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, and commercial leadership to align the platform roadmap with business priorities

8–12+ years of progressive Salesforce experience spanning development, administration, and architecture
Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce CPQ — product rules, pricing logic, quote-to-order, contract management, and amendments
Experience designing and integrating with various systems including: Chargebee and Netsuite
Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or CPQ Specialist certification — or actively working toward CTA
Demonstrated track record delivering large-scale, multi-system revenue platform programmes in enterprise environments
