About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate commercial construction projects from planning through to delivery;
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for ongoing projects;

- Contribute to improving internal processes and propose innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the construction industry;
- Education in architecture, building systems/mechanical engineering, civil engineering, drafting, or a related field;
- Experience in project management, estimating, or drafting (an asset);
- Proficiency with software such as AutoCAD and/or other relevant tools;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with close attention to detail.
