About the role

Project Manager / Estimator coordinating commercial construction projects at DuoTech Construction. Involves managing project phases and ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate commercial construction projects from planning through to delivery;
Prepare accurate cost estimates for ongoing projects;
Maintain communication with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure schedules and budgets are met;
Contribute to improving internal processes and propose innovative solutions.

Strong knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the construction industry;
Education in architecture, building systems/mechanical engineering, civil engineering, drafting, or a related field;
Experience in project management, estimating, or drafting (an asset);
Proficiency with software such as AutoCAD and/or other relevant tools;
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
Strong communication and organizational skills, with close attention to detail.
