About the role

  • Project Manager / Estimator coordinating commercial construction projects at DuoTech Construction. Involves managing project phases and ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate commercial construction projects from planning through to delivery;
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for ongoing projects;
  • Maintain communication with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure schedules and budgets are met;
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the construction industry;
  • Education in architecture, building systems/mechanical engineering, civil engineering, drafting, or a related field;
  • Experience in project management, estimating, or drafting (an asset);
  • Proficiency with software such as AutoCAD and/or other relevant tools;
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with close attention to detail.
