About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead generalist HR or outsourced HR engagements within client organizations, according to the service offering and/or established action plan, and within agreed-upon timelines
  • Recommend, develop, implement, or oversee the application of processes, policies, and tools to support sound human resources management
  • Design and implement solutions to address problematic or complex situations
  • Provide personalized coaching to managers, using strategies tailored to their needs
  • Structure agile organizations and clarify roles during key phases such as growth, downsizing, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring
  • Guide client teams through digital transformation and the integration of AI into their HR and business practices
  • Conduct in-depth HR assessments and provide tailored recommendations based on the client’s context and industry
  • Develop HR strategic planning and workforce planning initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Support organizational sustainability through rigorous succession planning and knowledge transfer plans
  • Contribute to mentoring and coaching more junior consultants on the team
  • Work directly with clients under the supervision of the Consultation Team Lead

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, human resources, or another relevant field
  • Have 7 to 10 or more years of experience in human resources, including significant experience in consulting services or managing complex engagements
  • Hold the CRHA or CRIA designation (an asset)
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in consulting or multi-client environments
  • Have recognized expertise in one or more of the following areas: organizational transformation, change management, organizational development, or skills development
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and strong analytical skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrate mobilizing leadership and an established advisory approach when working with clients, colleagues, and senior management
  • Own a vehicle and hold a valid driver’s licence
  • Be available to travel to client sites
  • Demonstrate curiosity, thoroughness, and strong organizational skills
  • Have excellent spoken and written French skills
  • Have professional-level English skills (an asset)
