About the role

  • Business Development Manager selling consulting services and AI-enabled products to enterprise clients. Driving new revenue and expanding Fortune 100 account partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new revenue by acquiring targeted new logos and expanding existing enterprise accounts
  • Position a portfolio of consulting services and AI-enabled products, framing each in terms of measurable business outcomes
  • Navigate large, matrixed client environments, developing multi-threaded relationships across HR, IT, Transformation, Operations, and Business Unit leadership
  • Collaborate closely with internal experts, consulting leaders, marketing, and product teams to co-sell and co-design solutions
  • Balance a healthy cadence of customer transactions while proactively expanding wallet share and shaping multi-year partnerships
  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline discipline, and account strategy plans
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, thought leadership, and deep curiosity about customer challenges

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling to large, matrixed enterprise customers, ideally in Fortune 100 or similarly complex organizations
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota in consulting, professional services, SaaS, AI solutions, or related environments
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across internal teams—co-selling with consulting leaders, product teams, partners, or solution architects
  • Experience in at least one of our priority industries: Financial Services, Automotive, Health & Life Sciences
  • Ability to manage a high volume of customer touchpoints and commercial cycles while maintaining a strategic lens on long-term account expansion
  • Strong storytelling and executive-level communication skills, with the ability to tie solutions directly to business outcomes
  • Experience selling workforce transformation, HR technology, EX, talent, or organizational design–related solutions (preferred)
  • Prior success influencing transformation-oriented buying decisions in ambiguous or emerging technology spaces (preferred)
  • Familiarity with AI-powered solutions, intelligent automation, agentic workflow technologies, or analytics platforms (preferred)
