About the role
- Account Manager driving Graco fluid-handling equipment sales across Quebec. Developing distribution channels, managing industrial customers, and supporting product launches.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth within the assigned market
- Identify revenue-generation opportunities and manage customer relationships
- Develop sales channels, targeted marketing strategies, and territory-specific sales plans
- Acquire new accounts and nurture key existing accounts
- Analyze territory performance metrics and adjust sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams
- Respond to customer inquiries and document engagements in CRM tools
- Conduct site visits and outreach with industrial contractors and facility managers
- Develop distribution programs and monitor market and competitor trends
- Provide reports and insights to sales and marketing management
- Support new product launches and serve as liaison between customers and Graco
- Train sales staff and channel partners on new products
- Establish partnerships with material suppliers
- Manage training and demo equipment accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, a technical field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in mechanical product sales through distribution channels
- Proficiency in written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Bilingual in French and English
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude to understand and communicate product specifications and applications
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Skilled in managing distribution channels
- Willingness to travel as required
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to maintain insurability with Graco’s chosen Fleet Insurer
