Responsibilities
Responsible for daily operations, the IT support service, and for supervising the team of technicians.
Ensure an efficient, professional, and user-focused service while promoting continuous improvement of processes, tools, and working methods.
Ensure the effective distribution of workload among team members.
Track individual and team performance.
Implement monitoring mechanisms to identify bottlenecks and recurring issues.
Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
Requirements
College or university diploma in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support.
Experience in managing or coordinating a technical team.
Experience in a multi-site environment is an asset.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments.
Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems.
Experience with ticketing and support management tools.
Knowledge of ITIL best practices is a strong asset.
