Responsibilities
Reporting to the Fleet Manager, responsible for fleet continuous improvement initiatives and developing performance measurement.
Specializing in administrative, analytical, and technical work related to strategic initiatives.
Provides support to Fleet Services in continuous improvement initiatives such as green fleet/new technologies.
Develops and delivers quality service in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Works with the Manager to establish, monitor and report on departmental KPI's and metrics.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in above duties normally acquired through completion of Finance, Business Administration or Materials Management program
Computer literacy and proficiency utilizing Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
Demonstrated skills in analytical and conceptual thinking, statistical, planning and evaluation, forecasting and financial skills
Ability to transform process and policy recommendations into implementation strategy plans.
Proven ability to review and analyse program data to improve quality assurance
Practical experience in process improvement or quality management using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodology would be considered an asset
Demonstrated knowledge of Procurement processes
Demonstrated knowledge of automotive industry would be considered an asset.
