About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead AI transformation projects with clients
- Lead fundraising efforts for funds or clients
- Manage investment funds
- Manage CEOs at client organizations
- Drive sales initiatives at Human Agency
- Partner closely with recruiting to help grow the team
- Serve as CEO of a venture studio company
- Manage client project delivery
- Drive value through data and analytics for clients
- Lead go-to-market initiatives for clients
- Own and solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems that do not fit neatly into any department
- Move between strategic work such as board preparation, investor materials, and business development and ground-level execution such as scheduling, research, and client fires
- Deploy AI tools daily to amplify output
- Identify opportunities, inefficiencies, and threats proactively
- Manage yourself entirely without constant oversight, coaching, or check-ins
Requirements
- 5–7+ years in high-performing environments such as management consulting, venture capital/private equity, business development, or startup leadership positions
- Demonstrated success taking ambiguous, complex initiatives and driving them to completion
- Outstanding written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable briefs for different audiences
- Mission-driven operator committed to Human Agency's values and vision
- Self-managing problem solver
- AI-first mindset; use of AI as a force multiplier
- Builder mentality; must attach proof of something built with AI to the application or cover letter
- Generalist with range across many areas
- Commitment to ethical practices and responsible business operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Preference for candidates in major tech hubs and strong preference for overlap with EST business hours
- Bonus: experience in high-growth startups, venture studios, or AI/tech companies
