Responsibilities
- Manage projects and lead engagement teams
- Build long-standing relationships with clients
- Collaborate with colleagues to solve clients’ most important challenges
- Plan, shape and deliver technology solutions aligned with client goals, visions and missions
- Mentor junior staff on the engagement team
- Share expertise, feedback and encouragement
- Specialize in enterprise software products and apply areas of expertise
- Train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in project management and technical dimensions
- Contribute to multiple projects of differing scale and duration
- Travel as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- 5–7 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning) implementations
- Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end implementation projects in Oracle EPM Planning (Planning and/or ePBCS)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
- Ability to train and participate in Huron staff professional development in project management and technical dimensions
- Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or internal project teams
