Digital Consulting Manager delivering Oracle EPM Planning implementations for Huron, a global consultancy. Managing client projects, technology solutions, and junior-staff development.

Responsibilities

Manage projects and lead engagement teams
Build long-standing relationships with clients
Collaborate with colleagues to solve clients’ most important challenges
Plan, shape and deliver technology solutions aligned with client goals, visions and missions
Mentor junior staff on the engagement team
Share expertise, feedback and encouragement
Specialize in enterprise software products and apply areas of expertise
Train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in project management and technical dimensions
Contribute to multiple projects of differing scale and duration
Travel as needed to work with client or other internal project teams

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
5–7 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning) implementations
Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end implementation projects in Oracle EPM Planning (Planning and/or ePBCS)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Interpersonal skills to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
Ability to train and participate in Huron staff professional development in project management and technical dimensions
Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or internal project teams
