About the role

  • IT Technician managing electronic identities and access for a financial services company ensuring compliance and security of information systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employees’ electronic identities and access across multiple platforms
  • Lead compliance-related approval requests and produce access reports
  • Handle and follow up on access-related support tickets
  • Participate in operational support activities and restore services during incidents
  • Perform technical tasks within the scope of maintenance, monitoring and production surveillance
  • Produce, maintain, and update technical documentation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Proficiency with Active Directory and Azure AD environments
  • Strong technical expertise in access and role management
  • Knowledge of complex environments, notably IBM Mainframe (RACF on z/OS)
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, LEAN, development lifecycle, DevOps, PowerShell considered an asset
  • College-level diploma in computer science or equivalent
