- Produce, maintain, and update technical documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Proficiency with Active Directory and Azure AD environments
- Strong technical expertise in access and role management
- Knowledge of complex environments, notably IBM Mainframe (RACF on z/OS)
- Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, LEAN, development lifecycle, DevOps, PowerShell considered an asset
- College-level diploma in computer science or equivalent
