About the role

Responsibilities
- Supporting clients in the integration of automated data exchange solutions
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensuring a smooth, well-documented, and high-quality integration experience
- Leading exploratory and kickoff calls with clients
- Designing, documenting, and monitoring integration plans
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Confirming and analyzing client business needs
- Preparing data mapping tables and developing test cases
- Performing quality assurance on deliverables
- Recommending process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, mathematics, actuarial science, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience; knowledge of group insurance plans is considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working with data in multiple formats
- Strong autonomy, adaptability, and initiative
- Excellent organizational skills, priority management, and sense of responsibility
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and negotiation skills
- Advanced English/French proficiency
