Responsibilities
- Champion the project vision and ensure alignment with the Vice-Presidency’s objectives by mobilizing teams around shared goals
- Demonstrate influential leadership to engage stakeholders and foster commitment to a common vision
- Structure and maintain an integrated plan (deliverables, timelines, dependencies, milestones) to ensure disciplined project execution
- Organize, facilitate, and synchronize planning, tracking, and feedback activities involving multiple stakeholders
- Ensure smooth communication and close collaboration with internal and external partners (HR, IT, Finance, managers, etc.) to support coherent and integrated delivery
- Produce consolidated and transparent status reports (costs, timelines, risks, issues, value delivered), proposing results-oriented solutions
- Identify, manage, and anticipate risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks, and implement action plans to ensure successful delivery
- Actively contribute to project management and organizational transformation, including change management, governance, resource planning, and budget tracking
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management involving multiple stakeholders and technological components
- Holds a university degree in a relevant field (administration, industrial relations, human resources, etc.)
- Intermediate level of English proficiency
