About the role

  • Associate Director responsible for education and outreach for the International Foundation in Québec. Development and implementation of educational programs and outreach in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the lifecycle of educational programs in Québec and across Canada
  • Design and develop educational programs in French and English
  • Implement and evaluate existing educational programs
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant and successful experience
  • Practical knowledge of Canadian pension plans and employee benefits
  • Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation in Canada required
