Design and develop educational programs in French and English

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant and successful experience
Practical knowledge of Canadian pension plans and employee benefits
Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation in Canada required
