About the role

  • Program Manager accountable for ERG program at Instacart. Driving employee engagement through effective processes and collaboration with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own, evolve, streamline, and maintain the operating rhythms for ERG programming
  • Responsible for the application, election, and training of ERG leads
  • Developing cross-functional processes/trackers/tools for events and communications
  • Ensuring great collaboration between ERGs across the company
  • Make clear process documents and regularly iterate on processes
  • Meet regularly with ERG leads and members to communicate key priorities
  • Surface insights and employee experience themes to leadership
  • Drive transparent and effective communication about program progress

Requirements

  • 5+ years proven experience in program management
  • Experience in setting and executing progressive people and workplace strategies
  • Experience creating and driving program processes which enable smooth execution
  • Outstanding stakeholder management, verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and judgment
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain order in times of ambiguity
  • Able to influence outcomes without reporting lines
