About the role
- Senior Solutions Architect at Instacart leading design and execution for enterprise retailer solutions. Collaborating with internal teams and managing complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of comprehensive solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Instacart's platform and external-facing APIs.
- Develop tools, processes, and documentation to scale partnerships.
- Address complex business challenges and technical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Architect.
- Proficiency in code/scripting/automation (e.g., SQL).
- Strong background in solving complex business challenges.
- Experience in a client-facing or consulting role is highly desirable.
- Exceptional ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated comfort in managing client expectations and delivering under tight deadlines.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to navigate complex scenarios.
