About the role

  • Project Coordinator at Intact responsible for planning and managing national real estate projects. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful completion and optimizing project processes.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the planning, coordination, and management of projects by providing analytical and administrative support to the team or project managers.
  • Actively contribute to logistics, documentation and compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the various stakeholders involved in our projects and initiatives and facilitate communication to ensure alignment and rapid resolution of issues.
  • Monitor project progress and performance indicators, producing clear reports and recommending improvement measures where necessary.
  • Proactively identify risks and obstacles while ensuring that solutions are implemented to complete projects within agreed parameters.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing processes, documenting best practices and advancing our tools.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in business administration, construction, project management or related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a project coordinator is required.
  • Experience working in a large publicly traded organization - is required.
  • Valid Quebec driver's license - is required.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and planning tools (MS Project, Procor and Planner).
  • Bilingualism (French and English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues and suppliers across the country.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) - required.
  • Proficiency in Power BI is an asset.
  • Availability for occasional travel in Quebec and Canada.
