About the role
- Senior Data Analyst converting data into strategic insights at Introhive. Collaborating with teams to enhance data quality and creating actionable reports for clients.
Responsibilities
- Conducting full lifecycle analysis, including requirements gathering, activities and design
- Developing analysis and reporting capabilities, monitor performance, and identify quality control improvements
- Working closely with the Principal Client Solutions Architect, Product, Support and Technical Services to build and deploy the first five use-case dashboards for new clients within their first six months to secure initial ROI
- Owning the technical configuration for high-stake evaluations and expansion opportunities to prove product value before contracts are signed
- Analyzing and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets to identify and define opportunities to improve data quality and quantity
- Preparing detailed analysis and present recommendations for improvement to team members and management and work with leadership to help prioritize data improvement initiatives
- Triaging incoming data investigations using standardized procedures, investigating issues, developing acceptance criteria for fixes, and evolving data quality reports with standardized health metrics
- Creating a library of repeatable builds, templates, and step-by-step guides to teach the organization what success looks like, improving overall delivery speed
Requirements
- Advanced SQL queries and Python scripting
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau and PowerBI)
- Practical experience with APIs, data mapping, and connecting enterprise software platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and a finisher mindset, with the urgency to move technical projects from 90% to 100% completion within 60 to 90 days
- High-level client-facing skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clean instructions, and ability to work closely with Solutions Architects, Product teams, and clients alike
- Experience manipulating large data sets through statistical software or other methods
- Highly organized with the ability to plan work independently, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced, demanding environment to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders, software developers, data engineers, and data scientists
- Experience working in an agile environment within a development team or professional services team delivering customer-facing technical solutions
- BA/BS in a field that emphasizes data analysis and visualization (e.g., computer science, social sciences, physical sciences, math, engineering, or statistics), or equivalent practical work experience
