About the role

  • Senior Project Administrator focusing on operational excellence at Schneider Electric. Driving project administration modernization and implementing system solutions for improved delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business systems and project workflows
  • Assist project managers in administrative activities
  • Produce financial reporting to management
  • Provide material pricing to project managers
  • Enter orders in ERP system (SAP)
  • Run spreadsheet software to calculate Project Budget
  • Track Order changes on projects
  • Design and maintain portfolio dashboards and reporting systems
  • Identify high-value AI and automation use cases within PMO operations
  • Document business processes and operational procedures
  • Provide coaching and guidance to PMO team members

Requirements

  • Technical or administrative college diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative / coordination role
  • Good Customer and Communication skills
  • Project Management background (asset)
  • General knowledge of automation products and internal administration of projects in Schneider Electric (asset)
