About the role

Responsibilities
- Analyze business systems and project workflows
- Assist project managers in administrative activities
- Produce financial reporting to management
- Provide material pricing to project managers
- Enter orders in ERP system (SAP)
- Run spreadsheet software to calculate Project Budget
- Track Order changes on projects
- Design and maintain portfolio dashboards and reporting systems
- Identify high-value AI and automation use cases within PMO operations
- Document business processes and operational procedures
- Provide coaching and guidance to PMO team members
Requirements
- Technical or administrative college diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative / coordination role
- Good Customer and Communication skills
- Project Management background (asset)
- General knowledge of automation products and internal administration of projects in Schneider Electric (asset)
