Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary program/project management lead
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication
- Own readiness scheduling and manage dependencies
- Drive cross-team collaboration across stakeholders
- Consolidate feedback and manage content intake
- Create and coordinate production of program communications
- Run planning and execution rhythms
- Maintain program documentation with high attention to detail
- Support engagement planning as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of project/program management experience
- Previous Microsoft experience required (vendor/partner preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong client-facing presence with senior polish
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-team collaboration
