- Document and submit daily data while maintaining high standards of product support documentation quality
- Full-time position requiring local, regional, and national travel
Requirements
- Associate degree, equivalent military training, or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience
- 1+ years of field service experience
- Strong computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot configuration issues
- Professional business sense and effective communication skills
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 70 pounds
- Ability to meet hospital vendor accreditation requirements
