Responsibilities

  • Apply technical expertise by collaborating with healthcare professionals
  • Lead a team responsible for installing, upgrading, performing preventive maintenance, and providing other necessary services for medical devices
  • Maintain ongoing communication and provide customer support to hospital staff
  • Organize, test, and update medical devices
  • Document and submit daily data while maintaining high standards of product support documentation quality
  • Full-time position requiring local, regional, and national travel

Requirements

  • Associate degree, equivalent military training, or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience
  • 1+ years of field service experience
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot configuration issues
  • Professional business sense and effective communication skills
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 70 pounds
  • Ability to meet hospital vendor accreditation requirements
