Responsibilities
Ensure that client requests and concerns regarding IQVIA offerings are handled in a timely manner within agreed standard response times.
Receive and review all client inquiries submitted by customer service analysts to verify clarity and completeness.
Research the client's query using all available tools and perform cross-database analysis to ensure dataset accuracy.
Work with multiple support teams to conduct research and analyses.
Communicate with customer service analysts to provide updates and resolutions to the client.
Requirements
University degree (Science, Business, GIS) or 4+ years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of IQVIA data is an asset
Proficiency with MS-Excel, MS-Access
Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational database concepts
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry in Canada
Strong analytical skills
Strong customer focus and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multitask
