About the role

  • Business Development Manager expanding Jacuzzi Group's hot tub and spa dealer network across the United States and Canada. Managing dealer acquisition, sales pipelines, onboarding, and market growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new dealer and sales development in focus markets for the North America Spa Division across the United States and Canada
  • Identify and pursue new dealer and distribution opportunities in targeted markets
  • Support North America Business Development initiatives and market expansion efforts
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and evaluate potential dealer partnerships
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through closing for assigned new dealer opportunities
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to prospective dealers with regional sales managers and directors
  • Use Salesforce.com and B2B marketing tools to manage pipeline activity, track opportunities, and support accurate forecasting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Provide competitive and market feedback to support product positioning and go-to-market initiatives
  • Build relationships with Regional Sales Directors and Sales Managers to drive accountability and mentorship on forecast accuracy
  • Assist with dealer onboarding and successful launches
  • Support early-stage dealer development for long-term performance and growth
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Report to the Director of Business Development and partner with regional sales teams

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in field sales, business development, or a related field
  • CRM and pipeline tracking experience, including managing pipelines and reporting (Salesforce preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales and dealer network development, with a demonstrated ability to develop and close new business
  • Ability to analyze opportunities and evaluate return on investment for growth initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Strong project management, organization, and problem-solving skills, with an execution mindset and consistent follow-through
  • Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth, or global manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Experience working with dealer or distribution networks (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and B2B marketing tools (preferred)
  • Retail industry knowledge and strong negotiation skills (preferred)
  • Ability to work remotely from a home office equipped with a high-speed internet connection (minimum 500 Mbps)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time seasonally
  • Ability to occasionally travel on weekends depending on geography and location
  • Ability to stand, reach, and use a computer and phone for extended periods
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
