About the role
- Business Operations & Analytics associate shaping metrics, experiments, and decisions for Jerry.ai’s AI-powered car, home, and motorcycle management app. Embedded across growth, product, AI, or partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Embed within growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships
- Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit end-to-end
- Define business problems, questions, and decision objectives before analysis
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments
- Surface data insights that improve key business metrics
- Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations counterparts
- Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommend next steps
- Drive decisions and execute initiatives through completion
- Work with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
- Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level
- Comfortable with SQL or Python
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
- Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
