About the role
- Business Operations & Analytics leader driving data-informed growth, product, AI, and partnership initiatives. Helping Jerry.ai scale its AI-powered platform for cars, homes, and other physical assets.
Responsibilities
- Serve on the central Business Operations & Analytics team while embedding in growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships
- Own the analytical function for a business unit end-to-end
- Define business problems, questions, and decisions before conducting analysis
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface data insights
- Bring recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations counterparts
- Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommended next steps
- Drive important initiatives and outcomes across the business
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to influence decisions and achieve business goals
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
- Clear, persuasive communication skills
- Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level
- Comfortable with SQL or Python
- Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
- Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
