About the role

  • Program Manager leading transformative AI initiatives across JLL for digital transformation. Ensuring governance and compliance while managing complex, cross-functional programs in a global enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program management for AI initiatives—from planning and roadmap development through execution, optimization, and reporting to executive stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans with clear timelines, deliverables, dependencies, resource requirements, and success metrics using standardized frameworks and dashboards.
  • Oversee phased rollouts of commercial AI platforms from pilot through enterprise-wide deployment, ensuring adherence to governance policies, usage standards, and escalation workflows.
  • Implement structured intake, evaluation, and prioritization processes to align new AI initiatives with enterprise strategy, capacity, and business priorities.
  • Define, track, and report on program KPIs with precision—including DAU, training completion rates, Agent DAU, and rollout milestones—providing regular executive-level scorecards.
  • Manage usage monitoring and chargeback frameworks, tracking AI platform consumption by business unit and ensuring cost accountability.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and program documentation to maintain transparency, accountability, and alignment across global teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within technology or enterprise transformation environments.
  • Proven success delivering multiple concurrent programs with competing priorities under tight deadlines in large, global enterprises.
  • Strong understanding of AI and emerging technologies, including their application and governance in enterprise contexts.
  • Experience managing enterprise software rollouts with phased deployment strategies and stakeholder engagement at all organizational levels.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, PMP, or Six Sigma.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business narratives for executive audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to both detail and strategic vision.
