About the role

Project Manager at KWM coordinating and developing ongoing projects in game studio. Working in a diverse team to manage project logistics while ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Adopt an overall vision for each project while meticulously handling the smallest details.
Develop comprehensive project schedules and diligently oversee their execution.
Coordinate resource allocation according to production timelines to ensure optimal efficiency.
Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, promoting open lines of communication.
Lead the delivery process, ensuring deliverables are submitted to clients on time.
Equip the team with all necessary resources to meet client expectations and project requirements.
Proactively prepare proposals for future projects, leveraging knowledge and experience.
Serve as the primary contact for freelancers, facilitating smooth collaboration.
Closely monitor project costs and promptly inform management of any budget overruns.
Demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities, expertly managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Act as the point person for matters related to the studio’s physical management.

Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably in a related field.
Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Thorough understanding of the creative complexities involved in developing marketing tools.
Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and adapt seamlessly to changing needs.

Flexibility and willingness to accept occasional work outside regular business hours.
An affinity for the fast-paced video game industry is an asset but not required.
