About the role

Responsibilities

  • Equip the team with all necessary resources to meet client expectations and project requirements.
  • Proactively prepare proposals for future projects, leveraging knowledge and experience.
  • Serve as the primary contact for freelancers, facilitating smooth collaboration.
  • Closely monitor project costs and promptly inform management of any budget overruns.
  • Demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities, expertly managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Act as the point person for matters related to the studio’s physical management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably in a related field.
  • Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of the creative complexities involved in developing marketing tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and adapt seamlessly to changing needs.
  • Motivated, proactive mindset that continually seeks innovative solutions to challenges.
  • Flexibility and willingness to accept occasional work outside regular business hours.
  • An affinity for the fast-paced video game industry is an asset but not required.
