About the role
- Workday Benefits Consultant leading full-lifecycle Workday deployments for Kognitiv, a Workday partner. Designing scalable benefits architectures and advising executive HR stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle Workday Benefits deployments from initial scoping and discovery through go-live and hypercare
- Partner with executive stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable design decisions, operating model alignments, and HR transformations
- Architect intricate calculation tags, complex benefit groups, and automated enrollment rules built to scale
- Guide clients on strategic deployment roadmaps and evaluate release capabilities for long-term value creation
Requirements
- Hands-on expertise leading Workday Benefits implementations from foundation building through cutover and launch
- Exceptional consulting capability to challenge legacy processes, guide decision-making, and present clear strategic roadmaps to C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of designing scalable, clean-sheet architectures and executing complex structural overhauls
- Ability to lead discovery sessions, manage scope, and drive consensus across multi-disciplinary client teams
