About the role
- Program Manager directing all phases of complex programs at L3Harris Technologies. Ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance are met, managing clients and delivering results.
Responsibilities
- Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
- Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs.
- Acts as primary customer contact for program activities.
- Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules.
- Advocates on behalf of clients and represents clients' needs as appropriate to senior management.
- Ensure assigned projects are delivered within scope, schedule, budget and quality levels consistent with partner/customer expectations.
Requirements
- Requires strong job knowledge.
- Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years of prior related experience.
- Graduate Degree with 4 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- PMP certification desired or working towards it.
