About the role

  • Digital Project Coordinator optimizing product experiences for higher conversions and improved customer journey at LawDepot. Collaborating with teams to drive data-informed decisions and implement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Champion product experiences that drive higher conversions, improve the customer journey, and accelerate business growth.
  • Manage the product questionnaire funnel roadmap, balancing quick optimization wins with long-term product, monetization, and user experience initiatives tied to measurable business outcomes
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize conversion rate optimization (CRO) opportunities through analytics, user research, experimentation, stakeholder feedback, and industry best practices
  • Define MVPs, feature requirements, success metrics, and prioritization rationale to support strategic roadmap planning and execution
  • Review existing experimentation, analytics, and optimization opportunities across key questionnaire funnel touchpoints to uncover high-value initiatives
  • Utilize internal CMS tools to understand platform capabilities, constraints, and implementation feasibility when scoping solutions and defining requirements
  • Partner closely with Design, Research, Development, Legal, Analysis, and UX Optimization teams to align priorities, support delivery, and ensure consistent measurement practices
  • Develop A/B testing strategies, analyze results, and translate findings into actionable recommendations and future roadmap opportunities
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators, including conversion rates, revenue impact, funnel completion, user engagement, and experiment outcomes
  • Create and maintain documentation of optimization best practices, project learnings, and experimentation insights to support ongoing team growth and knowledge sharing
  • Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve the customer experience while driving measurable business performance

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Project Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, Design, Library and Information Studies, or other relevant fields
  • Experience in Project Coordination, Product Management, Conversion Rate Optimization, Digital Optimization, or a related field
  • Proven ability to define, manage, and prioritize product roadmaps aligned with measurable business outcomes
  • Experience independently leading complex initiatives from discovery and planning through delivery, measurement, and iteration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data, experimentation, and customer insights to inform decision-making
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and distill complex information into clear, actionable plans
  • Experience designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests or other digital experimentation methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including Design, Research, Development, Legal, Analytics, and Business stakeholders
