Requirements

- Confident communication and ability to build professional relationships
- Strategic thinking, initiative, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through
- Comfort learning and using CRM, communication, and other digital tools
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of activity and results
- Openness to following an established, step-by-step process
- Commitment to continued leadership, personal, and professional development
- Reside in the United States or Canada; applicants in other locations may be considered based on eligibility
- Prior experience in the personal development sector is not required
