ABM Strategist driving account-based marketing, pipeline growth, and sales engagement for Rocket Software. Developing regional campaigns using intent data, AI insights, field programs, and partner strategies.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales Leaders and teams through 1:1s, QBRs, and planning sessions to align marketing initiatives with sales goals
Develop and execute targeted, account-centric marketing plans to accelerate pipeline, strengthen customer relationships, acquire net-new pipeline, and support cross-sell
Serve as a strategic ABM partner to sales using intent data, engagement signals, and AI-driven insights
Represent Rocket Software at key industry events and support prospects, partners, and customers
Lead go-to-market strategies and coordinate integrated marketing tactics for regional sales
Plan and operationalize multi-touch account and territory engagement programs across digital, field, executive, and partner-led motions
Work with solution marketing, creative, marketing operations, and other cross-functional teams to align strategy and messaging
Integrate Rocket's partner ecosystem into regional field and ABM strategies
Interpret ABM program results, including pipeline impact, engagement, and ROI, and refine strategy and execution
Improve processes, tools, and execution frameworks to scale account-based and field marketing impact
Requirements
At least 5+ years in field marketing, account-based marketing, or B2B regional marketing
Prior sales experience is helpful
Experience with Cyber Security or IT Modernization solutions ideally
SFDC and 6sense competency
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, practices, processes, tactics, and tools, including ABM and data-driven marketing approaches
Ability to understand, anticipate, and support Sales priorities and motions
Ability to manage vendors, budget, and ROI
Drive for operational excellence and superior customer experience
Must be willing to travel for 5 or 6 key events per year
