collaborate with other Manulife teams inside and outside AdminAdvantage
act as the Plan Administrator for large clients with complex plans
manage day-to-day administration of assigned policies
process member-related eligibility requests daily
manage client inbox items submitted by employers
administer all member eligibility processes
provide accurate answers to client requests
partner with Call Centre Representatives and other Group Benefits resources
triage and assign work to team members as needed
Requirements
at least 3 years in customer service profession
excellent knowledge of MS applications & communication tools
