- Maintain accuracy and productivity of 98% or better
- Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, self-motivation, and ability to problem-solve
- Conduct daily research to identify gaps and potential issues
Requirements
- Bilingual (French & English) is required
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proven keyboarding skills with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills and ability to correspond concisely
- Ability to multi-task and manage high volumes of work
