About the role

  • Operations & Data Analyst Intern at Manulife working on data capture and analytics of print and mail jobs across various business units. Engaging with stakeholders and supporting dashboard development.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and document detailed information on enterprise print and mail jobs across multiple business units
  • Build and maintain a centralized inventory of print and mail jobs
  • Capture and standardize job-level specifications
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Structure and maintain datasets in Excel and SharePoint
  • Support the design and development of Power BI dashboards
  • Identify opportunities to improve data capture, workflow efficiency, and reporting capabilities

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, or documentation is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel and SharePoint
  • Exposure to or experience with Power BI is preferred
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
