About the role
- Operations & Data Analyst Intern at Manulife working on data capture and analytics of print and mail jobs across various business units. Engaging with stakeholders and supporting dashboard development.
Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and document detailed information on enterprise print and mail jobs across multiple business units
- Build and maintain a centralized inventory of print and mail jobs
- Capture and standardize job-level specifications
- Engage with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Structure and maintain datasets in Excel and SharePoint
- Support the design and development of Power BI dashboards
- Identify opportunities to improve data capture, workflow efficiency, and reporting capabilities
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, or documentation is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel and SharePoint
- Exposure to or experience with Power BI is preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
