Requirements
- 5+ years managing teams at the program level
- Proven strategic leadership skills with the ability to influence at the executive level and drive organizational change.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics
- Extensive experience in project and portfolio management
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in guiding and mentoring high-performing teams
- Advanced project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) preferred
