Responsibilities
develop and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, portfolio views, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue tracking
serve as a central point of coordination across operations leadership, sub-teams, and stakeholders
support the design and implementation of the Target Operating Model
assess organizational readiness and identify impacts to people, processes, tools, capacity, training needs, and role clarity
facilitate meetings and workshops to drive alignment and resolve issues
design governance forums, structured status reporting, and decision-making frameworks
ensure project and portfolio documentation remains accurate and accessible
support delivery best practices and continuous improvement
Requirements
7+ years of project or program management experience
demonstrated experience managing integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder reporting in complex delivery environments
experience supporting operational transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed, cross-functional environments
strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-support skills
knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery practices, including agile, scrum, and waterfall
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
