About the role

- Maintain safe work practices, support 5S standards, participate in health and safety activities, and follow up on incidents and corrective actions.
- Maintain high quality standards and ensure compliance with technical procedures.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, quality, safety, and productivity.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance team to reduce downtime and promote equipment availability and efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Specialized knowledge of various manufacturing processes and a thorough understanding of the relationship between quality and production variables.
- Good understanding of equipment maintenance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead people and achieve results through others.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to resolve day-to-day issues related to production, personnel, equipment, supply chain, and safety.
