Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of infrastructure technicians and specialists to ensure effective performance and service delivery.
Direct day‑to‑day operations across Mattr's network, server/cloud environments, and collaboration platforms using industry best practices.
Act as the primary escalation point and subject matter expert for technical teams.
Communicate regularly with senior leadership on developments, risk management, and operational performance.
Evaluate business processes and IT systems to identify opportunities for productivity gains, cost reductions, and standardization.
Engage with internal teams and external vendors to support infrastructure projects.
Requirements
College Diploma (3 years) required; University Degree preferred.
7–10 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience required; 10+ years preferred.
Project management capability with proven experience leading technical teams and initiatives.
High‑level understanding of IT principles, processes, and industry solutions.
Strong communication and influence skills to support leadership interactions and prioritization.
Customer‑focused mindset with ability to assess business impacts and deliver effective solutions.
Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, organization, and independent‑work capabilities.
