About the role

  • Delivery Principal leading complex implementations for enterprise customers at Maxa AI. Managing relationships and delivery outcomes, scaling the organization in a high-growth AI company.

Responsibilities

  • Own Enterprise Customer Relationships
  • Be the customer’s executive counterpart. The person their CFO, COO, or CIO calls when they need to understand what’s possible with their data.
  • Lead Steering Committee meetings: present delivery status, navigate strategic decisions, and manage scope change negotiations with commercial authority.
  • Handle the hard conversations: timeline pressures, budget disputes, and executive escalations.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities within your accounts.
  • Lead Enterprise Delivery
  • Manage delivery governance across your portfolio that keeps customers confident and teams unblocked.
  • Oversee hypercare, UAT, and production deployment. You’re accountable for the customer saying: “This is live, stable, and trusted.”
  • Scale the Delivery Organization
  • Capture reusable patterns in our delivery playbook and Knowledge Library. Every engagement should make the next one faster.
  • Obsess over the metrics that matter: time to operational impact, adoption depth, delivery cycle time, first-pass quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 10+ years delivering complex data, analytics, or AI implementations (consulting, professional services, or product delivery at an enterprise scale).
  • Commercial credibility at the executive level: You’ve managed C-suite relationships, negotiated scope changes with budget implications, and navigated escalations where the account was at risk.
  • Technical fluency that earns architects’ respect: You can review a data model, challenge source mapping decisions with specificity, and hold your own in technical architecture discussions.
  • Deep fluency with enterprise systems and processes: ERP, CRM, WMS, and the operational processes they support (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report).
  • Dual-track ownership experience: You’ve owned both the customer relationship and the delivery outcome on the same engagement. You know how to context-switch between a commercial negotiation and a technical review in the same afternoon.
  • Bilingual (French & English).
