- Project Manager managing planning, design, and execution of metal architectural products projects. Collaborating with engineers and architects to achieve project goals on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Oversees planning, design, and execution of metal architectural products projects.
- Manages project timeline, budget, resources, and team members to achieve project goals.
- Works closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinates project teams to ensure project requirements are met and quality standards maintained.
- Communicates project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Ensures project documentation is complete and accurate.
- Manages project changes and communicates impacts of these changes to stakeholders.
- Collaborates with the sales team to align customer expectations with project goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management with a multi material manufacturing background.
- Knowledge of architectural design, engineering, and construction processes.
- Knowledge of wood, metal, and other materials manufacturing processes.
- Motivated self-starter who takes initiative and is driven to surpass goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets and expenses.
- Proficiency in project management software. Smartsheet would be considered an asset.
- Ability to travel as needed to project sites.
- PMP Certification is an asset.
