About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing pricing and service delivery aspects within our service offerings and client presentations
- Develop alternative fee arrangements (AFAs) and budgets for clients across all MT offices
- Create budget models and project-management tools for various types of engagements, and perform pricing data analysis and other pricing tools to streamline the budgeting process for client matters
- Conduct profitability analyses for matters based on historical, current, and prospective engagements
- Promote initiatives to improve service delivery efficiency
- Manage and support various projects
- Collaborate directly with Pricing Directors and Legal Project Managers to identify existing or emerging weaknesses in processes affecting both clients and the firm’s lawyers.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; graduate degrees preferred (MBA; CPA; LL.B./J.D., etc.)
- Bilingual (French and English), written and spoken, required
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience within a law firm or professional services environment
- High professional maturity: strong interpersonal skills, tact, and discretion
- Excellent quantitative skills, including financial analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and work effectively in ambiguous situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability.
